As long as we are griping about drivers, I got reminded on the way home how annoying it is to follow someone that can't drive an even speed.

Yeah, this gets me. If at all possible I use cruise control. And there are so many people out there who get their feelings hurt by being passed. So I'll pass someone, and suddenly they speed up to overtake me, and this will cycle for miles... And I will have never changed speed once.

That's something that can incite road rage in me on a long trip. I usually decide that it's a good time for a bathroom break to get away from the moron doing this.
