These are cold hard facts.

Alex needs to play more like playoff Alex next year. Regular season Alex gives me the shits.
This is true of this season. Not true of 2012. Go take a look. What's more, if you look at his last 6 games that average is 7.95.

Cold Hard Facts as you like to say.

It was actually. Near the bottom in yards per completion.

Alex needs to be playoff Alex going forward. This regular season bullshit is for the birds.

Where did you get the wheels on those goal posts?

The fact that you're looking at stats, tells me that you didn't really watch the games...because you would not have come here spewing this crap.

The guy did not throw the ball down the field. I have been over this before but here it is again genious.

Only 19 attempts for the year. Even if you account for the games he missed that is still a low number.

Weren't you the one to say alex can look good at times but he wont show up in playoffs? that we need a guy to put the team on his back during playoffs. Well he's done it in the playoffs. Now all you have to say is alex smith regular season sucks and needs to be playoff alex.

Why can't you just be thankful u have a legit nfl quarterback starting for your team and stop whining how alex needs to do this and how he hasn't or can't do that. CHILD PLEASE.

What was Alex's PFF score for games 1-10 and then for games 11-17?

Sorry Raggedy Anne, Alex made the Pro-Bowl and played the hard downs that other "pro" QB's were unwillingto risk. It's a good thing that I don't live in Kansas City, I'd bring my jackboot skinhead ass to your tail gates and ass **** Clay. Twice.

Also I wasn't oblivious to the chumps in the stands shittalking my QB, I'd stomp their jaws into their noses if it weren't illegal.

This... Kinda figured that would have stopped at the FREAKIN PRO BOWL, but it didn't. Even Gonzalas dropped a great pass from Smith that would have extended the drive and put them in FG range. Not to mention one of the receivers turning in instead of turning out on a route. Unbelievavble. The smith-haters just read, 9 for 22. Someone should tell them it's more fun to watch the game instead of the fantasy football stat board.

Wouldn't surprise me one bit. The dude just doesn't care about stats. I wish he would a little more. Would shut the haters up a little.

I think what is frustrating about this is the fact that Alex is not BAD at throwing down the field (which is supported by this table). He just doesn't do it often enough.

In ATTEMPTS.

He still managed less yards, fewer TD's, and more interceptions.
