What kind of leadership role do you have?

In college organizational behavior was particularly interesting most notably motivation theories. I’m sure there are some free literatures out there on the subject matter.

Deep Work by Cal Newport
Spiral Dynamics by Don Beck

The first one is an easy read. The 2nd is a text book but holy shit you will see people in a whole new and incredible way when you’re done.
