Ned is a scared, over-thinking, dumbass who probably set some sort of record for being fired in August as he was taking his team into the playoffs.

Managers affecting how guys play on the field?! Holy shit. Pretty sure managers are used to determine how to put their best players in positions to succeed. He's got no one succeeding right now, that isn't on him.
