Alex Smith Traded to Chiefs

Well, it looks like the deal is done.

https://twitter.com/intent/user?scre...w_p=tweetembed

Jay Glazer @JayGlazer
49ers have completed a trade with the Chiefs for Alex Smith, tho can't be official til March 12. Chiefs really made a commitment to Smith

Jay Glazer @JayGlazer
Deal has been agreed upon between Chiefs and 49ers. Compensation unclear but I'm told again Chiefs have made a clear commitment to Smith.

How? The Moeaki throw was way overthrown. A great play by TM. But I know what you're saying. You can't just take one play to prove a point. That goes both ways however. One play gifs to show how good or bad someone is are pointless.

Can we please stop referencing one pass and ignoring everything else. Smith does anything but attack. He specifically avoids traffic and dumps off to his running backs.

You're wrong... Luck will be the best QB of that class.

just look at his averages last year

threw 70 percent completion
at 173 yards per game

70 percent @ 173 per. One 300 yard game in that span.

if your excuses are A) He didnt have to throw because he had a good running game, and elite defense and they could sit on leads or B) Harbaugh handcuffed him, well that only proves my point over the kind of turd Andy Reid has to cover up.

Can we please stop lying?

Gore caught 34 passes over the last 2 years combined from Smith. That's 24 games and 34 catches.

The hypocrisy is strong with that post.

Alex Smith is a stop gap until they feel like Geno is ready.

You Geno haters will be so wrong. All of you will be surprised when they say WITH THE FIRST PICK OF THE 2013 NFL DRAFT THE KANSAS CITY CHIEFS SELECT QUARTERBACK GENO SMITH WEST VIRGINIA.

How is saying you don't think Geno will be drafted by KC hating him?

Lying is a strong word.

Misspoke would be more accurate.

Whether it's a RB, a TE, or even the WRs, Alex Smith dumping the ball off or completing the short routes more than almost every QB.

His average pass, if I remember the number posted the other day correctly, travels about 5 yards in the air.

5 yards.
His average.

That's pathetic.

I'm no big Alex Smith fan, but he did average 8 YPA last year before he was injured. That's pretty good.
