Just so tired of looking like a bunch of clowns

other team's receiver always running around open by 5 yards

our receivers can't get 3 inches of separation

opposing blitzers running wide and free all over our backfield

we don't blitz and when we do it goes nowhere

every QB playing against us likes like an all-pro

every QB on our roster looks like forrest gump

--------------------------

worst secondary i've ever seen ... beyond 3 or 4 guys not a NFL level player in the bunch

why even play Cassel at all if you are going to run 10 times straight ... just start Quinn and move on, just stupid.

why is Nate Eatmyass getting 20 touches?

why do their 3rd string look more prepared than our 1st?

why do we still tackle like we don't want to get hurt? Pussies!

why do our punt returners always have 5 guys in his face as soon as touches the ball?

can't block
can't tackle
can't cover
can't get open

I've felt that way many, many times, Laz. I'm still stoked for week one though.

Do you actually think GB was trying with the first string?

Yet, this year looks exactly like the last. And the one before that. And the one before that.

That's not having a meltdown, that's being honest.

Outside of our run game, everything else has been Meh to bad.
This from me goes back to Haley's approach. I said that I didn't have a problem with his offseason because the players should know how to catch and know how to tackle no matter what string they are one. I, of course, was burned alive for it.

Now, this preseason everyone is happy Haley left because his offseason was the reason we couldn't tackle, pass, block, or catch. But..............

Do you think we were really trying with like 16 runs and one pass? Do you think we were trying with our first string weeks two and three? Stupid ****ing argument. Its preseason. Let the real games do the talking. Quit with the chicken little routines or expect to be mocked.

What's stupid is to say a team dominated another team when neither was trying.

Green bay got their shit pushed in on both line. They were dominated. Whether it was for lack of effort or not is irrelevant.

The Chiefs were definitely trying. They wanted to have something positive to build on going into the season. If a team lets the Chiefs gash them on the run like that in the regular season, you better believe Daboll would love to have a 16 to 1 run to pass ratio.

Yeah, but you know what? The type of ball the Chiefs are going to play this year lets teams hang around and come back and beat you. We can run all over them but once we get behind - it's over. The defense isn't dominating enough to play it close to the vest like they're planning. Plus, teams are going to stack the line, and make Cassel beat them. He can't. It's a recipe for mediocrity at best.
