My guess is that CCleaner erased the original vendor MSI that Office would normally use to repair itself. Unless you can find install media, or another version of ProPlus.msi on your computer, you're probably SOL. Have you tried to search the hard drive for ProPlus.msi? You might try to check the c:\windows\installer and see if you can find a copy of it there.

Yeah, it's my trusty old Dell desktop. Gotta be approaching 10 years old now. It came with Windows 98, I think!

I have a Blackberry 9700 boxed up in my garage that is more powerful than your computer.

NO! It's almost like a pet at this point. I do remember thinking "WTF would anyone need a 70 GB HDD" when I bought it.
