I think he's had his moments, but generally speaking...no, he isn't funny. I admit, I do own a copy of his book, "Too Fat to Fish," and I did enjoy reading it for the most part. I voted yes simply because he has had his moments where I've thought he was funny....but most of the time I think he's a burnt out slob.

What makes him funny to me is that he really is such a **** up in real life. Credibility and believability are big in my book when it comes to comedy. Which is why most women aren't funny. Artie has had so much opportunity from being on Mad TV and Stern but he's such a ****ing addict that he's pissed it away. Too fat to fish is a great read though.
