Herm and Solari with Al Saunders playbook are like two cavemen with a shiney object. They know it's something good but don't have a clue what to do with it.

It's hard for me to be too critical of Solari for a couple reasons. First, I'm not at all convinced that Herm calls pass or run, and then Solari chooses from there. Secondly, he was a key part of an unbelievable offense run here. What team has ever been on top for four years straight?

Of all the problems this organization faces, I think Solari is way down on the list. Just take a look in our division. We have CP and Herm running the show. SD has AJ Smith (one of the best GMs in the business) and Marty (I'd rather have the original than the clone). Denver has Shanahan for both GM and coach (I think). I don't like the guy, but his record speaks for itself. Oakland has nobody. The records this year for all the teams are inflated by playing the NFC West, but get used to. We'll finish 3rd in the AFC West every year. Denver and SD simply have a better front office / head coach combination.
