Sill sounds fishy, but I'll concede to your points. I didn't realize he was leaking brains.

I'd die before I left my spouse floating in the water though..

I probably would, too. On the other hand, I'd want my wife to do what she did.

Everyone one knows there is no purpose for any type of governmental action. This is best handled by local authorities. They should write a strong letter on her behalf. Remember government IS the problem not the cure. /prevailing CP thought

Wow what a perfect murder plan. Drop the gun in the lake and collect insurance money. Yikes!

She'd have to be one hell of a shot to pick a guy off in the head on a jet ski with a pistol while firing from a jet ski

She could have shot him on the Mexican shore; rode home. A lot simpler.

Not saying it's likely, but who knows anymore. With the hope and change all dried up people are doing crazy stuff.

This x 10. We have kids that need a parent so I would expect her to fight to survive by whatever means necessary.

They do it all the time on TV. Im a good shot but I sure couldn't do it. Maybe I need to buy a new pistol.

It may have been accidental. I hate jet skis. Maybe they were trying to fish or just enjoy a day on the lake and some jackass on a jetski was messing their karma.

Or maybe she was a witch. Ever consider that?

The way I look at is until they find the body she is a suspect. There were no witnesses except her and the supposed gunmen.

To me it doesn't make much sense. The gunmen start chasing and shooting them on their jet ski. She stops the jet ski to help her dead husband and they don't shoot her even when she sees their face and can identify them.

Why would she want officials to search for the body if she did it. Wouldn't the bullet's entrance tell if the shot came from her or the guys behind them.

I've been out so I missed the last portion of this thread and I am posting as I read it backwards.

She could be just saying that to keep up appearances. She could also point them in a totally different direction from where he is.

If the body isn't tied down then they will find the floater soon.
