Cassel did, does, and will always suck
I had backed off on my Cassel hate in the second half of the season because he actually started to play with a modicum of competence. But I never stopped being wary of him, because he was playing well against shitty, shitty ****ing teams.

But today is proof positive that Cassel is NOT the answer. He will NOT be a franchise quarterback. He simply doesn't have the ability or the intelligence that is required. He never really progressed this season; he just managed to not shit himself against the NFC West.

Can we all just agree that he's not the answer? Please?

I, myself, was sorta anti-Cassel (on account of Wild Bill franchising the guy for no purpose other than to increase his perceived value and asking price), then sorta pro-Cassel (due to my belief in *****), then sorta anti-Cassel (when he started repeatedly throwing balls into the dirt for no apparent reason), then sorta pro-Cassel (after he started fighting with the enemy on the goal line last year), then sorta anti-Cassel (after watching him take a sack on 3rd and 8 to end a game), then sorta pro-Cassel (when he completed a pass), then sorta confused, then sorta sick to my stomach, then I got it together, went outside, built a fire, and burned my official Chiefs boxers while howling like a banshee for an hour.
