That dentist, though, was a jerk from the get and he deserves some backlash.

Thanks for the advice to go ahead and head back to the dentist to get the "bone fragments" removed. Had it not been for that I would have continued waiting for those chunks to come out on their own and that, likely, would have ended poorly.
