it was puffy. and it wasn't very good. and I've got lips like an elephant's trunk.

You'd frankly be shocked at how much product they throw out daily for various reasons. Truckloads, at the local plant alone.

That's silly. They should put them in different packaging and sell them at a huge discount as "Cheetos Puffy - The Rejects." I'd buy bags and bags.

Then why would anyone buy the real thing that they are gouging you for?

You need yourself a hookup. Maybe Frito won't allow it, but here at a local candy company, they sell the rejects to the employee. A $20 5 lb box of twin bings goes for $5. A local cookie company here does that too.
