Sunday’s game will indeed be a test for our beloved Chiefs. Grbac is going to be taking snaps from a very unfamiliar derrière, Kimble is going to need to be a presence without Grunhard and Szott and Morris will be playing hurt. In a previous post I saw “how big is this game?” I think the AFC West comes down to this game, and to a slightly lesser extent, our playoff hopes. The emotion of a loss may be too tough to overcome while the exhilaration of victory could very well carry us to the playoffs.
This is the kind of game where the leaders stand up and say: “That’s right! in your house, on your bed, with your wife and I’m kicking your dog on the way out!”
