Chad Scott anyone?

The Steelers released Chad Scott, and Reimersma. The guy has had a decent career. Made five picks twice in his career, is younger than law, and played more games last year. probably a lot cheaper.

Scott was a Steelers starter for six-plus seasons before injuring a knee Oct. 17 against Dallas. He was unable to beat out former backup Willie Williams after returning in December and spent the rest of the season and the playoffs as a reserve, though he did start the meaningless Jan. 2 game at Buffalo.

He seems like a good corner to me. If we could get him inexpensively to play nickel and have Warfield as a 2nd corner with a FA as a #1 corner I think it'd be a good combination.

The weakness of the Steelers D last year were it's corners. We need to upgrade everything on D, not pick up everyone else's trash.
