Not even a mention.

I guess you have to be a top draft pick who makes sacks to be mentioned.

That is ok. Let them not get any real national press. Let them use that a motivational factor. Then let the opposing coaches and players give them the accolades they deserve, maybe Pro Bowl.

Warrick has 24 receptions for 280 yards and 2TDs.

Morris has 26 receptions for 395 yards and 3 TDs.

Warrick gets mentioned but Morris doesn't.

And you're surprised? If they didn't go to a major D-1 school or were drafted in the first round or have any Heisman trophy hype, you won't hear about them. Let everyone ignore them, I am resigned to the fact that the Chiefs and their players will not get any respect unless they win an MVP or the Super Bowl.

We do get some credit. Gonzo and Donnie Edwards were named mid-season all-pro by Pro-Football Weekly. This is a very high honor, since they only pick one player per position from all the NFL.

John Clayton mentions Morris as a better choice in the first round than that of the fadduhs and Janikowski. So at least on the radio Morris gets his props
