Hey, it's who I am.

I make teh parties and make sure everyone leaves happy.

No, it's not, but when you consider occupancy and how much you have to invest.....I offered what it was worth, and someone else offered more to be a travel agency.

Good luck with that...
It'll happen when it's supposed to. A deal will fall in your lap (after searching, of course).

Everything happens for a reason.

Somebody offered that much to buy a building to put a dead industry / career choice in? Go talk to the purchaser, I want to find out what drug they are on and where I can get some.

Buy one in Independence. I will hang out there-so that will bring in all the women. I will need a line of beer credit of course.

But them going bust in 6 months doesn't help me today.

Don't know about you, but I always end up landing the person in real life (ie psycho party drug whore) than the character they play on screen

Looks like you've found yourself in a two front war. Simplex and Rausch have landed at Normandy armed with 8-ball crackers, and SNR's Bolsheviks have begun shelling the smilies.

Iv'e finally domesticated a "Norm Bates Tiger" and I feel no urger to dump bait now and cast back out again.

If she can stomach me for 9 years she's obviously got more positive character traits that I'll ever recognize...

I thought the same about Ms. Llama after seven years... but then she got what she wanted the whole time (knocked up) and then SHE cut bait and left back to Indy....
