If I was Miami fan I don't know how I'd take this. Anyone watching this can basically see how blantanty one sided this has been.

Perhaps the lesson to be learned is don't make enemies with the most powerful commissioner in pro sports, because he will f*ck your world up

I'm not following who flop is, but with the exception of Shaq, I don't think anyone on the court is worthy of being called the best.

As far as the Shaq debate, I see the numbers, I see the championships, I see the numbers in the championships...

Gary Payton has the numbers, and now he has the ring. Payton (not Wade as some of you thought I was talking about) is undoubtedly one of the best guards in NBA history.

Dallas had a chance. They had a chance last night, if not for that boneheaded timeout.

They weren't good enough to overcome, even though they were given the oppourtunity to. I hope Mavs fans don't become bitter over the officiating like Cards fans. Besides, they'll be favorites to win next year.

Yes, it was so blantantly one-sided that Dallas had a 2-0 lead and a double digit lead with mere minutes remaining in game 3. That's how much the NBA wanted Miami to win, they nearly finished them off before pulling the puppet strings to completely turn the tide. Get real.

There are very different types of players. Wade is a 2-guard and isn't a very good defender. Payton on the other hand is one of the best perimeter defenders in NBA history

did anyone here watch the second half? Dirk with, what, 7 points? Barely any offensive rebounds? Eleven missed shots in a row?

They lost because Dirk is a choker, Jason Terry is garbage, and the team couldn't grab a rebound or make a shot when they needed it. NOT BECAUSE OF THE REFS.

That's basketball man. Really. That's Wade's game, slashing, attacking the basket, drawing fouls.

You'll get no argument from me that star players get treatment sometimes. Dallas wouldn't even be there if Dirk didn't get a call in game 7 against San Antonio. That's how it goes. But you can't like it when it benefits your team and bash it when it doesn't. Dirk could've attacked the basket, did the same things Wade did, but the entire team settled for jump shots and three pointers all night.

Dirk didn't play well in this series, and if you think otherwise, you're wearing Maverick shades. Having said that, I don't think he's a choker by any means. I do believe they spent entirely too much time complaining about the refs. Perhaps if Dirk were totally focused on the game, and not the previous call that went against him on the other end, he wouldn't have given it to Dampier 17 feet from the basket on a pick and roll.

Game 5 was a bit out of hand, but I specifically watched Wade tonight, and I only saw one really bad call (on fouls called in his favor) and it came on a three point play in the first half.

Howard was walking toward his bench as he put his hands up to call a "T". He was walking across the lane toward his bench.....he was calling a timeout, without a doubt.

The one in the 4th where he ran into Dirk was awful; Wade should have been called for an offensive foul.

If you think Dirk complains to the refs alot, you must have never seen the Pistons or Spurs play. Whining for the refs is endemic in the NBA, and for a good reason, it works.

That was where the worm turned. Dallas was down by one. Wade just leans into Dirk and knocks him backwards, and that F*CKTARD Crawford blows his whistle. Heat take a 3-point lead and the Mavericks never recovered. It should have been Dallas ball going the other way.

There is no way with that much contact that the defensive player isn't going to be called for a foul. Dirk was sliding his feet.....he's just not quick enough to change direction with Wade. It was a foul, even though you didn't like it.

With your season on the brink, I think it's best to worry about your own game than to routinely question every single call that's made. I believe it affected their performance tonight, simple as that.

As to who complains and doesn't....that has nothing to do with my point. But yeah, the likes of Tim Duncan are in disbelief anytime a call goes against them. It makes me sick to watch. Just play the fricken' game.

Bottom line, Wade is a great player who will lose this series after the Mavs get two double digit victories in Dallas.

Mave showed up in two of the games in Miami and the refs got Miami over the top to help the NBA make more money.

This is 1994 repeated, Home team wins every game. Mavs are the better team and they will win.

Another stunning bold prediction by jettio the gambling guru. Double digit total domination because they are a better team? ROFL Better at free throws maybe.
