I am going to Wichita this weekend. What is there to do?

It depends on what type of activity you're looking for. Drinking? Museums?

If you like shopping there's Towne East Square. It's a pretty large mall located on Rock Road. But be careful there's been some crime there the last few years.

We also have Towne West, but it's not quite as big as Towne East. <P>

If your into the Bar scene go to "Old Towne" it's located just north of Douglas Ave east of downtown.

If you're lookin to eat or drink, or both, definitely go to Old Town. Otherwise...well...don't bother coming! ;)

The wife is going out of town on business, so I am heading to Wichita to visit a friend. He goes to Grad. School at Wichita State. I am sure we will go out drinking once or twice. I am looking for an inexpensive relaxing weekend. Thanks for the input everyone.
