I am hoping that Brett takes the Vikes to the SB. So tired of all the Favre bashers. He came back and had the best year of his career-people need to get over it. Its not like he is a dog killer like Vick. Hard to understand all the hate for the best QB of all Time??

GO VIKES!!!!

Yet it ends the same as most others: with an interception.

If he just would of ran the ball they would of had a 45-50 yard field goal. Kickers in the NFL make those the majority of the time. He tried to do the superhero throw across his body, which was completely stupid. But you can't put it all on Favre, all of those fumblrooskis didn't help

Of course it was. Regardless of what happened earlier in the game, in overtime there was a bullshit PI call, followed by not overturning that play where the ball was rolling all over the place until he finally pinned it against his leg.

NO didn't do shit with the ball in the 2nd half after the very first drive until it was given to them on the Vikes 5 yard line. When it came down to overtime, and the game was on the line, the officials personally gave NO about 40 yards. If that's not handing over a game, nothing is.

TheGuardian

Of course it was. Regardless of what happened earlier in the game, in overtime there was a bullshit PI call, followed by not overturning that play where the ball was rolling all over the place until he finally pinned it against his leg.

NO didn't do shit with the ball in the 2nd half after the very first drive until it was given to them on the Vikes 5 yard line. When it came down to overtime, and the game was on the line, the officials personally gave NO about 40 yards. If that's not handing over a game, nothing is.

Exactly.

The roughing call against the Saints was BS. There was an OBVIOUS non call on Sidney Rice that would have been an interception. Penalties tend to even out over the course of the game. And in this game it did.

The Saints have been ridiculous at getting turnovers all year. that has been their bread and butter and why they ran off a 13-0 run. They aren't a great defense but they are very opportunistic. You put Peterson up against a team that thrives off of stripping the ball and that's asking for trouble.

I think it was 6 fumbles and 2 picks. Either way, the Saints didn't play all that well on offense, and that was more Drew Brees missing wide open guys than anything the Vikings did...................and the Saints still won.
