Oakland is completely dominating this game. Our OLine is getting ass raped by an average defense. What will Baltimore do to us?

I didn't realize winning this game guaranteed us a win next week.

As I posted earlier, I gave up living and dying on playoff seeding years ago when the Chiefs kept blowing favorable matchups.

First, you gotta win the game you get. Second, you can't predict the playoffs out round by round and expect to play X, Y and Z in that order. Yes, I'd rather win this game and get a better seed ... but I'm not gonna throw a shit fit about it if it doesn't happen.

Why? Because we're already division champs with a home playoff game. That alone has proven to be of significant challenge to this franchise that I'm not going to take anything else for granted. If we lost to the Ravens, it does not mean that we would've beaten the Jets.

Furthermore, as disappointing as the team played in the first half of this game, especially the OL, I'm not projecting it out to next week. I've seen teams carry momentum into the playoffs and choke, and I've seen teams limp in flat and come alive.

Coming in, this team had weaknesses that a playoff opponent can expose. This game has little to do with that. I hope KC can rebound in the second half and win, and carry that into next week.

But there is way too much overreaction going on in this thread.
