You know what gets my dick hard? ST play.

Really? For me it's usually hot chicks, or taking it out and whacking it off the table a few dozen times. Special teams play, while I can appreciate it... not so much in the dick-hardening department. :D

I recognize that it was huge to hold them to a FG. My point was that (I thought) they needed to score because the Saints were not likely going to let themselves get stopped like that again.

It's all moot now, cuz Lynch made the play of the fucking year.

No, they were the 1999 Rams.

Same formula. Explosive O, opportunistic D that only works when they play from ahead. The next year, the O takes a step back and the D gets exposed, and they lose in the WC round to a poor team, just like the 2000 Rams did.

As a Patriots fan, I've seen a season-ful of records broken and great plays, like Dan Connolly's 71-yard kickoff return. But, without a doubt, hands-down, that Lynch run was absolutely the greatest play of the season, even moreso than the Eagles' last-minute win over the Giants. That run should just get cut to disc and sent right to Canton. for both the underrated overlooked Seahawks and the underrated overlooked Marshawn Lynch.

When they lose by 40 points next week it's going to look a shite sight worse.

Going back to your original point, its not an embarrassment to the NFL at all, but to the Saints, its huge.

The current system has worked, and the fans have benefited from it the past however many years. All we want is exciting games, and thats what we got.

I don't see this as an embarrassment at all.

If Green Bay beats Philly...Seattle would go to Chicago...would they really be blown out by 40? I mean, Chicago was one of the few road games the Seahawks won this year....If Green Bay wins, it would provide Seattle a huge opportunity. I don't think they have a prayer in Atlanta.

The season is based around winning to make the post season. Apparently in the NFC West that is not a requirement. I think it's pathetic that the Seabitches were allowed in the playoffs based on the current system while better teams sat at home because they played in tougher divisions.
