IMPORTANT VOTING INFORMATION!! PASS THIS ON...

JUST RECEIVED THIS MORNING
Subject: Presidential election announcement

Due to an anticipated voter turnout much larger than
originally expected, the polling facilities may not be
able to handle the load all at once.
Therefore, Republicans are requested to vote on Tuesday,
November 7, and Democrats on Wednesday, November 8.

Democrats should send absentee ballots on tuesday to relieve congestion at local post offices.

Please pass this message along and help us to make sure
that nobody gets left out.

Hey - Cool, Iowa. Now I'll be able to sit home and see how Bush does before I go out and vote on Wednesday. Thanks for the tip...

Am I the only one who thinks this is a political maneuver designed to help Gory Al win?

What I mean is, if all the Republicans vote on Tuesday, the Democrats will know approximately how many points their defense gave up. So, if they are losing, the Dems who didn't intend to vote will decide to show up at the last minute. Meanwhile, the Republicans sit at home thinking they've won the election.

Not only that, but I've seen several comments, from the pundits, that the voter turnout will be quite low because nobody really cares for either candidate. If that's the case, the stated reason is invalid.

Personally, I'll be in there doing anything I can to prevent such a blatant liar from getting into the Oval Office.

HELLO, Lurker. Election day is the 7th. If the Dems vote on the 8th...... too late. That's what this is designed to do. Too bad you weren't a Dem being that confused - I'd have to let you vote on the 8th. http://www.ChiefsPlanet.com/ubb/wink.gif

Just got a good laugh listening to the radio. They were announcing that there are rumors going around the voting will be expanded to Wednesday as well. They are warning this is a hoax.

Like I said, too funny.
