I've thought of inventing a weather machine that can make very specific areas incredibly cold. I'm pretty sure crime goes down when it's really cold, because criminals are like "fuck this." So just "freeze out" particularly bad areas at night and you'll be fine.

When I was 10 years old some kids in my neighborhood started saying they were a gang called the Scorpions. They had denim jackets and rode bicycles around. One was Mike Coppini.
