It's a rather unpleasant enhanced interrogation technique. The person being given the treatment lies flat on their back (or slightly past parallel) with a cloth over their nose and mouth. Water is then poured over the cloth in a controlled manner, eventually reaching saturation. This causes the person, who still has to breathe, to feel as if they are drowning (or are going to drown).

torture/waterborading etc...retarded. Yeah, if that's happening to me, I'll tell you what ever you want in order for it to stop; even if it's BS.

If you fucking beat this prick long enough, he'll tell you he started the goddamn Chicago fire, now that don't necessarily make it so.

If this turns out to be true, the parents should be tortured themselves. True child abuse is the worst imo.

We all know a kid that age could never fabricate a story like this.

I have to ask though, has society changed so much that if you spank your child in your own home, you get hauled off to jail with a $750 fine? That used to be common when I was a kid, whippuns were a pretty standard penalty. My parents didn't, but I saw plenty of it.

I know it says dragged across the gravel, but that could mean the kids shoes were dragging, as it was kicking and screaming. I have seen plenty of spoiled ass brats throw tantrums, just saying.

My daughter lasted 33 seconds, and she's only 7. But she'll never leave the cap off the ketchup jar again, I can tell you that.

"As a method of disciplining his daughter, Morse held her face under a running faucet, causing the water to go up her nose, Fournier said."

Isn't that technically drowning, not waterboarding?
