He thinks his strategic decisions... benching players when they turn the ball over, benching Cassel for Quinn... are going to have an impact.

If I was Romeo, I'd just put Fat Scott's butt boy Cassel back in, get my retirement/future plans as a defensive coordinator with another team (Patriots?) in order and pretend this year never happened.
