Stefanski is easily coach of the year.

The whole offense runs because they can run the ball real well even when your defense is loading the box. Stefanski's built one hell of a run offense. And the entire passing game feeds off it. Playaction, misdirection, rolling Baker in either direction. Reminds me a lot of Shanahan's offense when he used to march up shit QBs. Baker's actually pretty well built for the scheme because he's throws really well moving right or left. The question is how Baker will respond when they take away his scripted reads. Stefanski makes that easier said than done.

Can't remember who, but some NFL analyst was asking the same. Maybe it was Baldy? It's pretty surprising that a team that only does RPO doesn't do it. It's a bit of a gamble but one big warning shot could completely change the tone of the game. For as much as Lamar runs he doesn't get popped a whole lot.
