Good call....just showed that replay

But that's why I went with the Tits......Their D is awful but Lamar isn't good enough to take advantage of it....

Stupid thing is, with the blitz, that's exactly where Lamar probably should've gone with the ball. He had to have practiced it that way, so why didn't he read it and throw it that way?

And Buffalo should laugh in his face if he tries to ask for that much. Unless he beats Mahomes and wins a super bowl this year, he has absolutely no business getting that much.

Mahomes contract is a major anomaly. Half a billion dollars. A massive reward for a guy who has already accomplished everything a quarterback possibly can in just two seasons starting.

Allen has accomplished nothing. There’s no way he’s getting half a billion and Buffalo would be fools to give him that much.

I am not talking about a 10-year deal. The 2nd half of Mahomes' contract has really big money. The first half of it? Nope. Deshaun Watson's 4-year average salary is pretty similar to the first 5 years of Mahomes' contract.

Lamar & Josh Allen will probably both demand a higher average salary than what Deshaun & Mahomes are getting over the shorter term.

He won't get a half-billion. No one probably will.

But he could get 45 million plus. I think it would be mistake, at least until Allen proves that he's for real in the playoffs, but considering that Kirk Cousins got 35 million/year or whatever, it's definitely in the realm of possibility.

Easy....

If Browns win, it's the Browns

If Browns lose, it's winner of this game (Tits or Ravens)

If Cleveland wins that's who we play. Otherwise, we play the winner of this game.

Thanks!

Lamar really limits them in my opinion. He's a one trick pony, but that one trick is a helluva trick.

But he limits their ability to be creative. I mean, there are only so many ways to run a read option running game.....and they've been doing it for 3 years now....

Doesn't really matter what they run in terms of actual plays or scheme. He doesn't read/process very well. We've watched him simply not understand where his outlet is over and over today, and it's been a problem since he was named the starter.

I thought he might be able to sort that out given time, but it's not happening.

Tannehill is a real QB, he just has certain limitations, but so do a lot, most QBs. His issues are within the parameters of the majority of NFL QBs.

100% agreed

Because Lamar can't process, they have to keep things simple in the passing game, and as mentioned, there are only so many ways to run a read option....

Lamar's legs saves him a lot, but one day even those will fail him....
