Netscape Problems Solved!!! (hopefully)

It looks like the Netscape issues are now resolved. PLEASE test it if you have access to Netscape. I had to scrub all of the scripts and change a few things, sorry about the delay.

BTW the problem really wasn't with the code it is a problem with my server...but I had to compensate for it in the code...either that or wait for hell to freeze over and my hosting service to fix it.
