Drink of the week

Bullfrogs: in honor of the Chargers croaking at arrowhead.

1/5 cheap vodka (or gin)
12oz can frozen lemon-ade
1 can (2 qt. size) grapefruit juice
1 to 2 2-liter bottles of Fresca (depending on how strong yous likes your drinks!)

After stirring and pouring into tall frosted glasses with ice, add a couple of marachino cherries for garnish and a few drops of cherry juice or grenadine for color (don't stir).

Enjoy. Even most gals like this one!!

Poop: I forgot to tell you that you can replace 1/2 of the Fresca with 7-up for a little less tart flavor.

Actually, I prefer a zombie - in reference to the dazed look on Moreno's face the first time he hears an Arrowhead crowd:

2 ounces light rum
2 ounces gold rum
2 ounces dark rum
1 ounce apricot brandy
1/2 ounce lime juice
1 ounce orange juice
2 ounces pineapple juice
Dash of grenadine
1/2 ounce of 151-proof Demerara rum
Slice of orange
Slice of lemon
2 cherries (1 red, 1 green)

Shake the ingredients except the Demerara rum in a mixing glass with ice. Pour into a large glass and float the Demerara rum onto the surface by pouring over the back of a teaspoon.

That is definitely a second half drink! Otherwise I would be watching the second half on about 4 tvs in the same room!!
