Yes it told me the list was incomplete and in the crazy day to day operations of the business visiting the website got overlooked.Call me old school but if you've got a customer(no matter how much they spend) pick up the focking phone once in awhile and check in,make a visit, send a thank you card, anything other than making excuses as to why there wasn't a complete list mailed out in the first place.

But sending out thank you cards to all their customers would cost them even more money, thus causing them to have to increase their rates even more. :p (Just being difficult.) Unless you're just talking about the St Joe post office. Could you imagine NYC making visits and phone calls?

In a perfect world I can see all businesses making calls and visits, the problem is when certain business get too big they lose focus of what got them there in the first place, the customer.

Not that it matters that much, but you can still buy "forever" stamps. It's just that they now cost $.42 instead of $.41

The post office also has a policy that they won't accept your debit card unless it has been signed on the back. I, of course, write "check ID" on the back of mine so that a thief will have a harder time using it. I actually thank clerks when they ask for my ID, it just means they are doing their job.

I can show a drivers license, passport, and miltary ID at the PO. They won't accept it unless I sign it. I got so mad the first couple of times I had to refrain myself and walk out without service. I finally bought an erasable pen and took it with me, they would reject my card, I'd sign it, they'd swipe it, I'd erase it in front of them.
