It's been smokin the last two days. I'd like to try a fried one someday though.

Buddy's doing it this way, first time we will see how it goes.

Oven roasted, but it's brined... from now on anyway. I brined a turkey over the weekend to test it out and it's amazing!

Doin' the traditonal this year, although I'd like to try a fried turkey next year (maybe XMas).

I brined mine, but nstead of the vegitable broth, I use onion soup packets, and some secret seasonings.

I have done well over 20 turkeys this way, and it is by far the best turkey I have ever tasted! :)
