Herm for a year. Failure means we get Cowher.
While driving this thought came to my mind. Since the pool of great coaches is scarce this off season. Can we stick with Germ for one more year, if he does not turnaround this franchise and if Cowher is planning to stay put for next season we could probably get him.
Would you go for it? |
This deserves its own thread.

No, i want herm gone NOW! Ya, ya, ya...i know, it's a process.
Cowher wants it all....he ain't coming here....today, tomorrow, next year, whatever. |
Cowher and his ****ed up chin can go elsewhere.... No way can his ego come in and co exsist with a GM like Pioli....
|
Um ... since Cowher wants complete control over football operations, and won't get that in KC, you can put this dream to rest.
If KC does keep Herm, how do they get any decent FAs here with a lame duck coach? How much will his decisions be affected more by him wanting to keep his job than what's best for the future of the team? Why leave the guy -- and all the assistants, et al -- hanging on a string when you can just cut your losses now? And what makes you think next year will be any better than this one for finding a head coach? Who can they get next year they can't this year? Sorry, but keeping Herm just makes ZERO sense unless they give him a contract extension. And doing that would be so full of stupid it would burn ... MM ~~:shake: |
****, I wish I made it a public poll to find those ****ers who elected that I eat http://www.wildlife-pictures-online...._vf-oly056.jpg.

I wouldn't want Herm for another year if it meant we get GOD to coach next season.
|
The monkey balls thing seemed so harsh but I didn't like the other three options.
