You may well be right that that is what the NFL will do, but it doesn't exactly seem fair to "drop the hammer" on the Patriots while doing nothing to other teams. The vikes and jags got a "don't do that again" "punishment".
Is it because of how much they win, or how they consistently do it? What do you think they have gotten away with, and how long? I know. Nothing. They're choir boys.
