I don't think the guy is "partying" so much as he has Social Anxiety Disorder among other issues.

Whatever his root cause issues are, he has had
plenty of time to deal with it prior to now when he was about to get reinstated and actually play again.
I know your opinion on pot and I personally think the fear of it is overrated.
That being said I believe just like some people can drink and not be an alcoholic and some people cant, some people cant recreationaly smoke weed. They have an addiction issue.
This is obviously the case here IMO.
