By that logic, the only important wins in Chiefs history occurred in 1962, 1966, and 1969. If you subscribe to that philosophy, that's your business, but I would expand beyond that. In my opinion, there are important wins that occur in seasons without a Super Bowl win. The 1991 win was important because it was the first Chiefs playoff win since Super Bowl IV.
