Nah.
Some of them probably get lumped into the extreme, just like you lump us into the opposite extreme, but I'd say the vast majority of rational discussion without obvious agendas at least get their due by those who aren't obsessed with the extremes. It's happened here several times lately with the force vaccination discussion.
