Though I disagree with your assessment of David Canales' job in TB. They were slated to win less than 5 games this season; they went 10-8 and made it to the NFC divisional round, and had a chance to win that game. With a rookie OC and a FA QB that everyone gave up on and decided was a bust. that's not nothing.
Not saying Canales is elite (way too soon to evaluate his abilities accurately) but he's obviously pretty good at OC.
But I have serious doubts he can be successful in CAR with that ownership and that roster.
