The Buccaneers' offense never looked other-worldly. Yeah, great job under the circumstances with Baker, but was Canales' work in Tampa worthy of a head coaching position? **** no.

The Bucs offense was 18th and 20th in points and yards per game, respectively.

"HEY DAVE! GREAT JOB COORDINATING A MIDDLE OF THE ROAD OFFENSE! OF COURSE, WE DON'T HAVE A DECENT RB OR A GOOD WR CORPS LIKE YOU DID IN TAMPA, BUT COME TRY AND FIX OUR BROKEN #1 PICK ANYWAY!"

I just don't get these hires....
