HAve you tried cutting into strips and doing pinwheels...
Really easy...
Package frozen spinach
Feta or Cream or Parmesan cheese
Bacon strips
Flank Steak
toothpicks
Lay steak out / Pound a bit
spread spinach
cover with cheese
roll steak
cut into 1 to 1 1/2 sections
wrap with bacon / toothpicks
Grill similiar to any other steak.....
