I agree with you and disagree. Once in a while is fine. But it doesn't matter how many calories you're eating -- if you spike your insulin, you cannot burn fat during that time. For maximum fat burning, that's bad. So, you're kinda missing the point. Additionally, saying that low carb paleo diets are reeruned is, well, reeruned. Science and evidence argue otherwise.
High fat, low carb = skinny
High fat, high carb = fat
