So New England ran the spread last year? So basically what you are saying is that the spread offense inflates the stats and possibly the value of a QB. And their value can't be accurately evaluated based on their time in the spread (like last year)? If that is true, no one in their right mind would ever trade a 2nd round pick for a spread QB and give him $61MM. That would be insane.
