I don't think it's just coincidence that this team started coming together last year after the Pittsburgh game, where from that point on, "Psycho Todd" disappeared and "Normal Todd" appeared.

He's definitely changed his tactics, no doubt about it.
Those guys WANT to play for him. I look at Waters and how that relationship has changed and just marvel at the transformation.
