I don't think it's just coincidence that this team started coming together last year after the Pittsburgh game, where from that point on, "Psycho Todd" disappeared and "Normal Todd" appeared.

He's definitely changed his tactics, no doubt about it.

Those guys WANT to play for him. I look at Waters and how that relationship has changed and just marvel at the transformation.

I agree, and I've warmed up to him in a big way.

Not acting like a complete idiot on the sideline has a ton to do with that.

Given the last two Head coaches this team needed a shake up and a hard nosed SOB and mix it up IMO. It always easier to ease the reigns after you establish yourself than when you start.
