The 49ers have been a major disappointment this year. They have plenty of talent on their roster but the coaching has been horrendous.
As for swings and misses, I think my predictions were the worst in this thread. I clearly underestimated the Chiefs based on preseason and overestimated their opponents (especially Cleveland and San Fran).
