I don't think he is trying to be as racist as it seems. I think he is just trying to make a point about how if you are going to go purely on historical tendancies, then, a low round draft pick is a better probability to win a Super Bowl QB than a black QB.
The funny part is he actually makes an astute point. That is, there is not one single way to win a Super Bowl. QB's of all different rounds have won. And, I believe, white, black and hispanic QB's have won the Super Bowl.
Statistically, first round white QB's have historically been more successful. So, if we are going to use this rationale, then why would we consider a black QB?
