He had a couple really good games that he looked like a good NFL quarterback.

Then, the next week he would turn back into Cassel/Tebow bad...

I don't think I've seen a set of quarterbacks that had as many sub 100 games as Cassel and Quinn.
You think maybe it was due to the lack of talent in Cleveland?
