I have a scepter that hits at around 246 or so damage with frequent stuns. It also has a buff on there that makes all my spells cost -20% mana.
If i felt like it I could probably smoke most encounters using nothing but the scepter and never have any enemy get close to hitting me because they get stunned so often.
