I have a scepter that hits at around 246 or so damage with frequent stuns. It also has a buff on there that makes all my spells cost -20% mana.

If i felt like it I could probably smoke most encounters using nothing but the scepter and never have any enemy get close to hitting me because they get stunned so often.

Congrats, I've yet to find a scepter that is 1/4 as good as that. I even crafted a decent scepter and it just couldn't compare to my other weps.
