He doesn't have the balance he needs to be what you want him to be here.
A bump, a nudge...a hard cut - it can all bring him down. He's not quick enough to avoid contact altogether, just quick enough to avoid hard contact. He needs to have the balance that Charles has to allow himself to keep his feet and keep going.
He's a bunch of poorly fitting parts. He doesn't have the size to be a possession WR, the speed to be a downfield WR, the balance to be a jitterbug/slot WR or the hands/vision to even be a valuable 3rd down back.
He's just not a very good NFL player. He lacks 1 necessary component of pretty much every role he could possibly fill.
